Refund & Batch Change Policy

At Digital Business Academy (DBA), we strive to maintain transparency and uphold the highest standards of academic commitment. The following policy outlines our terms regarding refunds and batch changes for all enrolled students:

Refund Policy

• All course fees paid to Digital Business Academy are non-refundable, irrespective of the circumstances.

• Students are advised to thoroughly review the course details, curriculum, schedule, and eligibility criteria before completing their enrollment.

• We offer demo sessions and detailed counselling before enrollment to ensure that the program aligns with your expectations and professional goals.

• Once the payment is processed, no requests for a refund will be considered, including but not limited to personal emergencies, changes in plans, or dissatisfaction with course content.

Batch Change Policy

• We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Therefore, students are permitted to request a batch change, subject to the following conditions:

  • The request must be made within one year of the original date of enrollment.

  • Batch change is subject to availability and approval by the administration.

  • No batch change requests will be accepted after one year from the date of enrollment.

• All such requests must be submitted in writing through official communication channels or via email to our support team.

Additional Terms

• In rare and exceptional cases where a batch is rescheduled or cancelled by Digital Business Academy, affected students will be offered an alternative batch or deferred enrollment at no additional cost. However, no monetary refunds shall be provided.

• Enrollment and course access are non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another individual.

• By enrolling in any of our programs, students acknowledge and accept the above terms in full.
